PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS HAVE A PROCESSING PERIOD BEFORE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED.Processing period is 3-5 business days. Business days DO NOT include weekends and holidays. Please note that the processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period. Processing period is extended for Wigs as they will be made in the order they were received.

 You will be notified if the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely,we will issue your payment as a refund.

INTERNATIONAL: 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
Expect delays during sales periods holidays.International Shipments must clear customs.

The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary by country. It is the
customers responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to
arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your
shipment. 

LOST/STOLEN

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order
will not be replaced.All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they put their
hands on your package. If you will not be home for the expected arrival
date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post
office via WWW.USPS.COM.
