Posh Tresses by Shey has a very high rate of customer satisfaction. We always check your order to ensure consistency and quality, we double inspect all hair and other merchandise before it is shipped to you. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and examine the hair/lashes without cutting the tags or opening the bundles to ensure that you got the product you ordered. Thoroughly inspect the hair to ensure the correct length, color, texture, and quality are as correct before use.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Hair extensions and lashes cannot be resold after being handled or worn by a buyer. Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. We offer the flexibility of store credit (minus shipping costs) for the the following list below.

Requests are made within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
Hair remains in the bundle and wrappings are intact up top. The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged.Hair has not been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way.
Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies regarding federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all credit and exchange policies are voided.
Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice. Merchandise must be physically received before a return can be granted. Please allow 72 hours for refund to be processed.
The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.
Please do not send unauthorized returns. You must contact us with a return request before returning. Merchandise sent to us without a return request cannot be tracked and may be lost. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.
CANCELLATIONS
If you place an order and would like to cancel there will be a $25 fee deducted from hair purchases. If items cost less than $20 a $5 fee will be deducted. Please note that all cancellations must be made within 48 hours of original purchase.
